John Czarnecki
Principal
Mr. Czarnecki specializes in office and land transactions by providing landlord representation, tenant representation and investment property sales. Prior to founding Commercial United, John was a Vice President at Grubb & Ellis | Apex Commercial, Inc., a local commercial real estate firm. Over the past eight years John has completed over half a million square feet of sale and lease transactions - with values to his client in excess of $103,300,000. 

John is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Wisconsin, member and Chairman of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and former Board Member for the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Wisconsin.

John Czarnecki is the 2008 recipient of the Commercial Association of Realtor Wisconsin - Realtor of the Year Award for outstanding service in the industry. 

Mr. Czarnecki is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a Bachelor degree in Advertising, Marketing and Sales.
